New Coug Orientation and Week of Welcome bring over 5000 students and families/supporters to campus each year. Your participation in our resource fairs and the all-campus picnic connects students to campus and community resources and introduces them to WSU and the Pullman community. Please let us know your intent to participate by completing the form below.

Sponsors are encouraged to provide approved promo items to include in the student and family totes. Please select yes and provide an item description if you are interested in providing promo items.

We will only use this information in the event the individual tabling is late or there is an emergency.

Parking
Parking passes are required in all lots on-campus. A pass corresponding to my parking location can be obtained on the day of the Resource Fair:
Parking citations
New Coug Orientation and New Student Enrollment are not responsible for any parking citations.
Unloading & mall access
Vehicle access is strictly prohibited on any campus mall for parking or unloading.
Check-in
All registrants must check in upon arrival and to receive a table assignment. Registrants who do not check in will not be invited back for future resource fairs.
