VIBES (Visionaries Inspiring Black Empowered Students) is a student-led conference created to motivate and empower high school students to pursue higher education. Organized by the Black Student Union at Washington State University, VIBES centers the experiences, leadership, and voices of Black students across Washington and beyond.
