#OnlineCougs Virtual 5k 2024

Join the movement this June! Whether you prefer to run, walk, roll, or stroll, it's time to lace up and hit the pavement for our 5K challenge! This isn't just any race - it's a call to action for us to come together and embrace the joy of movement.

How to participate:

• Complete this registration form.
• Check your email for a printable racers bib.
• Challenge yourself to 5 kilometers (~3.1 miles).
• Take a photo of yourself with the bib once you're done.
• Post that picture on social media with #OnlineCougs.
• Get prizes!

Anytime between June 10th-16th, snap a picture at the finish line showing off your virtual bib, post it on Facebook, Instagram, or X (Twitter) with the hashtag #OnlineCougs and you'll receive a package of exclusive Cougar Swag delivered right to your door!
